El perro,bradley,pwill,manny,devon......etc of fighters always act like its not about the money but about becoming the best. But in reality just like floyd it's about the money then the boxing. So when you act like your favorite fighter is fearless and wants the best a time will come when they will become just like the rest of them. I'm not saying it's wrong but why don't they atleast have the guts to say it. They act as if they are so feared but when the tables turn they all act the same...devon your just like the rest of them
Every fighter is the same when....

so let me get this OP, you saying fighters fight for money?
Really, Goodness, that just cannot be -
Exactly. I've heard Manny fans say that he'd fight for free, but there's plenty of articles about him complaining about a tiny portion of the split. Every boxer is money hungry at some point. Money is a very addictive thing. Once you see what its like to get a lot of it and believe you have the opportunity to get more, it makes you do things you wouldn't normally do.
Anyone here who says they would fight Maidana over Juan Manuel Marquez is lying out of their ass.Comment

I understand some fighters when they try to secure some money but at the same time I hate when that comes from fighters who act like they don't care about the money it's about legacy or fighting the best. It's very hypocrital. Like Caballero who's been saying he's willing to fight Juanma Lopez even for free but he's asking for Rafa's purse to fight Juanma. Is he nuts? Or Angulo who just turned down 750,000 to fight Martinez because he felt he deserved more, who is Angulo in the first place? They should be more honest about that.Comment
