      u could try boxing at the san juan center or at the manchester P.A.L.(pal has a better program than the san juan center)

        whats wrong wit the ring one people? how should i start out though? i dont know at all where to start and i dont feel like jus going and slapping the bag around and having everyone looking at me like im a ******. but idk, maybe ill go to west haven if its alot better than ring one.

          nah there is nothing wrong with ring one cuz they have a lot of success in the amateurs, but their coach is an *******! one time i beat one of his kids and he made all his kids leave before they got to fight. also one time he threw a kids headgear across the gym cuz the kid lost. he is a good trainer just doesn't kno how to take it when u lose. & the kids there are kool(sum of them). this kid josh crespo that fights there is real good

                  just go to a gym and a a trainer will kno if ur skills are ready to be tested in a fight. try to start at a gym ASAP
