Former welterweight champion Antonio Margarito is very confident ahead of his fight with Manny Pacquiao on November 13 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. A few days ago the California State Athletic Commission denied Margarito's request for a boxing license. Margarito would not discuss the decision in detail with Reynaso Cetenio. He would only say "I'm very disappointed" when asked for his thoughts. He was later questioned if he was concerned about fighting a dangerous opponent like Pacquiao, and he said "no, because I'm going to beat him."

I don't know what to think now LOL. I used to think that Hatton, Dela Hoya, Cotto, and Clottey were to big for Pacquiao but he prettey much took care of business with them. Margo is pretty much just saying what the rest of them guys were saying so I guess we'll see.

Unless Margarito can hurt Manny or find a way to consistently land his long right hand and left uppercut, he will not win.

I have changed my stance on this fight though.

The way Clottey was easily hitting Pacquiao and how he swelled his face with the few shots he landed tells me, Manny won't be able to dodge Margarito's right hand too well.

I still see Pacquiao digging that straight left to the pit of Maragrito's stomach to slow him down and then landing strong punches to the head that Margarito won't see coming.

It'll be war for sure though.

the fight is not guaranteed to happen in texas. maybe a surprise heading towards his cheating ass.i really don't care if cheato wins or loses. it the decent payday that bothers me.here's a guy that could've killed somebody in the ring.he's a sham and so is bob arum.
