      Ricardo Mayorga or bust.

Stop deluding yourself. Floyd feels he is undefeated and a bigger draw than Manny and should be treated as such. Use your brain dude, do you think Floyd is going to Don King to avoid fighting Manny or because he wants Manny really bad but wants someone negotiating on his behalf that can handle Bob Arum? Arum has no respect for Golden Boy but he wont play that BS with DK. Floyd wants this fight badly which is the ONLY reason he would be dealing with DK. Manny is full of **** and really doesnt want this fight because it's too simple to make if he did. Manny is clearly the coward here and chasing down Margacheato proves it. Why not fight one of the other 5 much more deserving fighters that are calling him out. I know a lot of Manny fans are ****** but your not that ******.

And as for the weight penalty.....

I believe that the maximum allowable weight penalty (if approved by the commission director of NSAC) is 25% of the offending fighter's purse.

Now if Floyd's NSB accountants are correct, his guaranteed purse may have been close to $40m. If that's the case, then $10m is simply the maximum allowable penalty for Floyd coming in overweight if they fought.

besides....let it go. this fight ain't happening.

Sure King, isn't that why you said you aren't pursuing a Pac fight? The devil speaks with a forked tongue...

Not really man, Pac is fighting right? Floyd is on a self-proclaimed vacation right? One guy stays active in the game and the other walks away from it.....draw your own conclusions

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Emmanuel PacquaO.
Last time I checked, Floyd has never done full fledged OST. Meaning, he NEVER accepted doing any kind of testing while he is not contracted to fighting.

Regular OST testing means you can get tested anytime. Not only when you plan to fight.

You just want testing to be whatever Floyd says is acceptable.....that's different....

                +1

"Depending on the sport and drug, an athlete may be asked to do a drug test with a urine or a blood sample. All athletes can be called on at any time, in or out-of-competition, to be tested. Following are some examples of banned performance enhancing drugs."

Al Haymon was negotiating to make the fight with Greenburg (HBO) and Arum, and Mayweather/Ellerbe denied that happened and pointed to Floyd's talks about retiring for 2 years and vacations as proof they never wanted the fight or even tried to make it happen. That doesn't sound like someone who 'wants this fight badly'. What has Money said or done besides 'I don't need Pacquiao', 'I'm taking a year or 2 off' (when asked DIRECTLY if he would fight Pac), 'I'm not thinking about boxing' 'Vacation', etc to demonstrate he 'wants this fight badly'?

Don King doesn't have the stature he once had, he's taken a backseat to DLH and Golden Boy, so it's not like he's power broker who can bully Arum into accepting anything. If Floyd was so eager to sign with King to get the fight made, he would've done so when Pacquiao called him out to do it.

I hope Mayweather is serious enough in doing business with Don King and is not doing this only to save face. I hope Don King does the same in return, that he can make miracles happen. I say this to both these men: Let’s Get It On. Fight like warriors and brave men
                  ...
This is the only way for Mayweather to save face. Make the fight happen in November and stop using Mr. Don King for publicity stunts. He claims he is the best. He says he is No. 1. There is only one way to prove his greatness and that is to face me. I should be ready by November.
PACQUIAO CALLED OUT FLOYD TO SIGN WITH KING AND MAKE THE FIGHT HAPPEN IN NOVEMBER.

Yet Floyd, who 'wants this fight badly' and is going to King to make this fight happen... said NOTHING, did NOTHING. Didn't sign with King, didn't answer Pacquiao's challenge to fight in November.

                  Still on vacation

Dude I know you can see who Manny's fighting. Floyd just mugged the guy that mugged the guy Manny is trying to fight not to mention the fact that the guy is suspended from the ring. Floyd just fought the P4P #3 guy and Top welter-wt in the world (that Manny avoided) in May. Floyd's last 2 fights were more meaningful than Manny's past 6 based on when Manny fought the guys he fought. ALL COMING OFF VERY TOUGH LOSSES! While Floyd beat the #2 and #3 P4P best in the world. BOTH GUYS MANNY CLEARLY AVOIDED!

Oh wow, High praise for Floyd for beating a lightweight in Marquez.. Come on dude really.. And Mosley, who rarely did anything from the 3rd round on out..

If Floyd couldnt KO bloated lightweight Marquez, what makes Don King think he can KO Pac who has taken a legit Welterweights punch from both Cotto and Clottey..

These Floyd disciples are delusional.. The only way Floyd beats Pac is by decision., NOTHING ELSE...

But again, thats if Floyd is even interested in BOXING..
