Pac defeated the "guy" that took a beating from Margarito and looked very vulnerable in his previous fight. When Mosley fought Cotto, Miguel was undefeated and was not required to weigh 2 pounds under the limit. So that's a poor comparison. Even Pacquiao's own trainer said Cotto wasn't the same fighter. As far as Mosley, Pacquiao wouldn't get in the ring with him unless he weighed 142 max. Roach said he was "too good" and "better than Oscar". I can discredit everything Pacquiao has done in the same way you do with Mayweather. Your claim that you're "neutral" is a joke. Who do you think you're fooling?

The only noticible accomplishment that seperates these two is FOTD, that's it. Then again Floyd does have a more accomplished ameteur background than PAC, and that's still considered boxing.

Manny has no amateur background because he went straight up fighting pro, from a street kid to a prize fighter, that's how he got he's first two losses, he was just a brave little kid who was not afraid to face anyone even with no time to prepare. Remember he was given only 21 days to prepare for Ledwaba because he was only the last minute replacement and manny accepted the fight and won it by tko.

THIS... but more important is Pacquiao's superior RESUME. The quality of scalps he collected is clearly levels above those Floyd has defeated.
