Thats part of the spiel he is putting out for public relatins but most would realize thats not the motivation ,,, its very simple Floyd believes Pac is using PEDS and wants him to prove he isnt in order to fight him , Pacs reason for saying no is it makes him weak , I guess Floyd and Pac are both lying but I wonder why Pacs lame ass excuse to say no gets a free pass to his underage fans , saying no from an athlete at this level is pitifull it gives the bird to all professional sport not just boxing , *** Pac this is something no pro athlete can say no too .
