and the reason Arum made a settlement with Golden Boy (even though it wasnt his fault Pac signed 2 contracts) is because Arum didnt want to take the chance that perhaps a court might rule in GB's favor and invalidate Arum's contract.

So in essence, he felt that a guaranteed 75% of Pac's promotional profits was better than a possible 100% of nothing..............

He's no fool.
