          Teddy Atlas is known for this

          I've been around Teddy for a lot of years. I 've seen his training methods first hand. I don't like most of his methods, however this is a good one. What he does is set up a sparring session with his fighter and someone else, and invite over 30 to 50 people, a ref, and mock judges. He wants his fighter to perform under pressure with people watching, and judging. It's different, but it is just sparring.
