Who was greater or all-time? Mike Tyson vs James "Lights Out" Toney

In a hypothetical p4p matchup, Toney would probably beat the hell out of Tyson, and despite his problems with work ethic I think he was greater.

Toney and Tyson are close to the same natural size and if they fought prime for prime Tyson takes him out every time.
