I think it will simply be that he thought the terms offered were so bad. I think he knows that no one would want to see him vs Audley. I think he knows it is a step backwards.

I have no doubt whatsoever he'll fight a Klitschko within the next year

it was in a tabloid yesterday that Audley Harrison is gonna be confirmed as his opponent, on Nov 13th.

It was in the daily star, which is a complete rag of a paper
