Marquez is still sending Burt Clements a Thank You Card every year for helping him get a draw against Pac in their first fight. He should send Bayless a Thank You Card also for not call a knock down when he did the rope the dope in the 3rd round.

Schaefer pulls the strings and this happened at the time of the May/Pac negotiations. It was clearly done to price Marquez out.

I don't think Marquez would actually want the drug testing. And he's smart. He knows 50/50 is way too big a share for him.

The guy's been chasing a third fight for years. It's why he moved up to LW and then to WW to fight Floyd. Had Pac not moved then Marquez sure as hell wouldn't have moved.

He wouldn't put all the work in to chase Pac and then demand something silly.

this, plus the fact his last fight was at 135 versus diaz. When he weighed 143? for mayweather, he was sluggish as hell. He looked flabby, slow, as compared with 135 where he looked ripped, and moved much better.

Except for the blood tests, Pacquiao can and will be persuaded to pick Marquez if the Margarito fight falls through.
