LOL. I mean seriously, I don't knw what they thought, but I would bet that they thought they could beat Tyson. I would say Buster Douglas wasn't going in the ring thinking that. I might be wrong though.

What kind of bullshiiit is this?

**** the money, **** the PPV buys, **** the promoters. What boxer in their right mind admits defeat right away anyway?

Floyd Mayweather may have a million times the skill level I do but motha****er I'm gonna be like Castillo in the first fight all up in his ass swinging for the fences. I'll go down swinging before I duck.

Yeah it sucks for the fans but that's what are happening in boxing right now.

I know it might sound some *****y stuff but it's the truth.

if i knew i would be getting totally and completely murdered then yes.

but i wouldn't act like a badass and badmouth the dude.

i'd be like: "(enter name here) is a great fighter, and i'm not ready for a fight like this yet/anymore. i don't want to end my career yet, i still have my fam to support "

however, if i worked so hard at what i did (ie. boxing), the " fighter i can't beat" mentality will never cross my mind.

If you look at thier faces during refs rules and you could see they lost the fight before they even walked into the ring.

They may have kept saying "i will beat Tyson" outloud but in the back of thier minds, they knew they were there to lose.

I read thing like in the amatuers that during tournaments, fighters would lose fights on purpose, just so they didnt have to face tyson

Yeah, when you really think about it, Tyson was something else. And that's crazy, losing on purpose so you don't face Tyson.

on the flip side, would you take random blood testing for the same reasons if you thought you could beat him? Floyd can.
