pac should be discipline for bypassing 2 major commissions rules....jerry jones gave pac a convenient out when he decided to build the new cowboys stadium...wouldnt be suprised if bob arum helped fund it! i can see pacs final fights only being in texas...and texas commission is so bad they dont even drug test themselves but the wbc will since its a private organization...

If a fighter is suspended or banned: the commisions cross honor eachother and will not allow a fighter to fight while on suspension
If a fighter is simply denied a licence: the commisions have different requirements and choose whether to grant a licence on a state by state bases

1. why would the commission's discipline pac? what does marg's situation have to do with pac? there's no rule saying you can't fight someone not licensed in their state if they're not fighting in said state.
2. what does bob arum have to do with helping build cowboys stadium? jerry jones has a brand new stadium , of course he wants as many events in it.
3. texas commission doesn't do drug tests themself. they let the sanctioning bodies do it. what does it matter as long as the test get done who does it? you do know that in some tests even for nevada and california they don't do the testing themself right? all they care about is the result for some tests. they don't have to do it themself.
