He has a right to earn a living plying his trade, but apparently just doing the time was not enough to get him his license back in Cali.

He'll probably get one in Texas, so all hope is not lost.

He's done...getting rejected again for a licence has put a cloud over his head. He doesn't know what to do. Where can he fight. Who's going to associate with a guy that can't get licensed? I bet Pac drops the fight, if it ain't already signed.

If he circumvents the CSAC findings, he'll never get a new licence from them, and most other states, if not all will respect that. Yeah, he has a right to fight in Mexico. Or just not in the states for the most part, if other states respect and follow suite with the CSAC decision.

I doubt he gets one in Texas. if he does, California will never grant him his licence. And that means most likely most other states will honor that decision.

I agree. Margarito is a warrior who fights the best and never backs down from a entertaining brawl where you get your moneys worth.

That's the problem. He has never said that he did anything wrong. First he denied there was plaster in his gloves. Then, after the "plaster like substance" was found, he threw Capetillo under the bus and said that he had no knowledge.

Therefore, he has never said or implied that he did wrong.

Also, he did not pay the price. Fighting in Mexico while he was suspended in USA was not illegal, but disrespectful. Also, after the fight, he made a gesture towards his wraps that would infuriate any boxing panel, after what happened.

No remorse at all.

Some people in here have no idea the talent pro boxers have. Even with "no talent, no skills" fighters like margo. Go put bricks in your gloves and you're still gettin' your azz KO'd.

He shouldve been banned permanently but he wasnt. He was issued a punishment and he served his time. Allow him to earn a living. Give him the opportunity to discredit what u just said. And don't say the Mosley fight proved that. Just like a loss in itself doesn't mean you're done, we have to take that fight for what it was an azz whooping' that wasn't margarito "the chin" like. Let's all find out if that chin is indeed cracked. We know he is going to be watched. Lets find out if he ever really was the tijuana tornado
