The only business Manny has at 140 is to defend his lineal title (does he still have his Ring title at 140?) from the likes of Bradley, Alexander and even Khan.
He needs to give those up and comers a chance to carry the torch.

Manny already dropped JMM 4 times with those 2 close fights.
