Shane was a beast at the lower weights, but i do agree. In my opinion it takes a bit higher level of skill to be able to land a very hard shot on Floyd without him being ready for it i.e. Judah & Mosley.

Overall he was a harder puncher I think, even if this fight had happen years ago at lightweight, Mosley would still have been the hardest puncher he's faced IMHO.
Mosley could crack at 135, and had they fought there then you might have been right. But Mosleys power diminished at 147, since he wasn't one punch KOing guys anymore.

I thought Oscar most vicious KO was at 140 against Rafael Ruelas.... I mean he just destroyed Ruelas. And, that was build up as a pretty big fight in the West Coast.

very true, but that would have been a disqualification via low blow.

You already said it so I don't have too.

I was thinking Corrales myself, but on a p4p level.

I would say it's not so much his power deminishing, then his opponents chins improving. I just think at either 135 or 147 Mosley's power was better.

Shane did look like at beast at 135. But, his 2 best wins were against John John Molina and Jesse James Leija. No diss to him but you can't really tell much with those 2 victories even though both were very solid fighters.

I am just bitter. I really wished Shane Mosley would of fought Stevie Johnston. Yea Mosley possibly would of won. But, I wanted to actually see it happen. Since Stevie Johnston was actually "lil but bad".

Every fighter has those fighters they should have fought, be proud that the man had enough balls to fight the ones he shouldn't have...twice!!!

Not taking shots at Shane, I am a fan. Look at who he fought dude is no duck.

However, at 135 at that time the fight was Shane-Johnston. Bitter that fight took place. Because, it would of been a damn good fight. And, I would say he looked like a beast. But, if you look at his resume you can't really tell for sure if he was or wasn't a beast at 135. A fight against Johnston would of been a better indication.
