i believe floyd really said that but he said it during the time when there's no negotiation. by the time arum opened the new negotiation, with greenburg as the intermediary, floyd can easily reiterate that demand if he wanted to go on with the negotiation. but apparently he had already made up his mind to go on vacation which he also said in a video during a kids charity event he attended. ironically, that video was totally dismissed by *****s as opposed to the importance they are giving to that Mayo article. anyway, it is to my opinion that even if pac agreed to blood testing with no cutoff the fight will still not happen this year. floyd is not fighting again this year period. for now both sides should shut up and wait till next year if they open up negotiations again. if floyd will say no cut-off then you *****s will have your day to gloat. if he goes back to his 14 days demand then you should still be happy that the fight is happening.

Post an interview with Pacquiao or Arum where they said they agreed to a 14 day cut off, when Arum was asked on the phone conference if Pacquiao had agreed to 14 days Arum said it's not as clear cut as that.
