I voted no, but I'm probably not objective, because I'm still pissed as he was one of my favorites and I feel like a chump, that I believed in him.

Texas should stand by California's ruling like Nevada did. He should have to get his license back in Cali before anywhere else in the US even thinks about granting him a license.

i think the interesting question is, what will happen if texas gives him a license? i thought if one commission suspended you, all other commissions would do the same?

we all thought he was a extreme fighter intill we figure out he was cheating then after he finally fought with clean hands he has no power he is simply a BUM without plaster

Mosley and Margarito's last opponent were walking through his shots.

While i think he should never get it, its not for this reason.

I dont understand why people dont get that Marg is not Suspended or banned, he just doesnt have a licence.

When a Commision Bans or suspends a fighter, the other commisions follow. But this is not the case with Marg, he was just not granted a licence, so each state could decide whether to give him a licence

Neither of those two have ever been stopped in their entire careers. And Mosley avoided the shots more than walking through them.

Margarito should be given a chance to to fight again.

He served his 1 year ban.

However, if Texas refused to give him that 2nd chance, then so be it!
