Margacheato was found guilty with his special-handwraps. And he didn't know his trainer was doing it which makes Margarito a ****** and a possible cheater for almost every fight he has ever fought. It's no coincidence that Margarito now punches like a girl since getting caught.

Certainly doesn't apply on these boards, especially with Pacquiao.

                  No.

It does not. It means the burden of proof is on the prosecution. This is not a U.S. court of law. This is the court of public opinion. My OPINION is that he is complicit in the deeds and guilty as sin. As for the boxing commissions...he can fight out of the U.S. if he likes. If he don't like it or cannot get a fight, tough titty.
