IMO Margarito has boxed with illegal wraps.
In my mind his career is severly tainted. Would not be suprised if he had illegal wraps in the Cotto fight.
Nevermind what the CSAC said. EDIT:They want him to show some remorse or take some responsibilty. I believe he had no idea, but none the less. There ruling is there ruling. He shouldnt fight anywhere unless CSAC gives him his license, wheather or not he knew his wraps were illegal, They were and I would bet they were a few times.
Based on the recent article, trainers have come forward and said that it's possible that a fighter wouldnt be aware that he has illegal inserts in his wraps and I believe that. That tells me that if it happend in all of his fights he would have no idea, and there is a possibilty it did, who knows.
You cannot question Margaritos, chin (minus the SSM fight) or his endurance. But without those inserts, IMO, he doesnt beat any of the top WW's.
I hope the fight doesnt come off. If it does it will be very one sided.
