You guys come in here and defend him with, "he never really did anything because he didn't fight Mosley", " He didn't know", "He only tried against Mosley".

It was BS he should have been granted a probationary license with conditions to be met during that time, like memorizing the boxing rulebook which it semmed like they wanted him to do . All we really know to be fact, no matter what theories we have or how much we suspect, is that he tried and failed to cheat against Mosley and he was caught by the rules put in place to prevent exactly what he was trying to do. Do i think he's innocent? hell no. Is it possible he had done it before? of course, but that has no base in facts. what i do think is he deserves to earn a living just like any man, and as long as he doesn't do it again he can continue to fight and attempt to earn peoples respect again, just like Mosley, Toney, ect. have been able to.

If this was truly the case then every commission representative, opponent's corner, ref, and anyone else that witnesses and signs off on the wraps are completely incompetant.
