Wow so they had zero actual evidence but hearsay that he knew anything about it but still found him guilty? Sounds like they were influenced way before today and were denying him no matter what. They keep wanting him to apologize for something he didnt do. Margarito should just fight outside the USA or in other states.

Arum is trying to make the fight in Texas or Nevada not in California, The Nevada commission asked for Margarito to go to California and get a decision there first. Now that California has made a decision, Nevada and Texas can make a decision right?

Why would Manny even want this fight against an opponent who is going through hell just to be able to fight in the US? It's unnecessary. I can't imagine he or anyone else feeling good having their name attached to a fight that only got cleared in Texas thanks to some backroom dealings. Everything about this bout is slimy.

It seemed that the matter whas not that the commission wanted him to apologize, but mainly that Margarito was supposed to follow all the rules and guidelines while under suspension.

It was mentioned that he needed to be especially careful of doing this because he was under a "microscope" for being involved in this big hand wrap issue; which I agree with because in a case like this, pleading naiveness doesn't cut it.
