Quintana? Not his fault that welter isn't that deep. And can you explain how Maidana will fight Berto on 10/2 when he has a fight in 8/28? Thanks.

Berto is a chicken, and Kermit 'The Frog' Cintron would knock him out.

Totally agree. He is rumored to be fighting either Marco Maidana or Andreas Kotelnik next. I'm like if he want to fight Jr. Welterweights he should of moved down in weight like he talked about doing earlier this year and not fight them at Welterweight. HBO shouldn't let him get away with stuff like this.

Maybe biggest duck would fit better but I would say David Haye instead of Berto.

Prize Fighters are more cherry picker. I wouldn't care if he puts in a good show.

how is he Cherry Picking when it is guys like Cotto and Mosley who are actually rejecting fights with him

then the BULL**** about him "Pricing himself out of fights" simply because he asked for 50/50 with Mosley who was coming off of a loss against Mayweather and was no longer champion

hard to say someone is Cherry Picking when they have actually contacted the top fighters in their division at147 and none of them wanted to fight him at this time

that 147 division is not even that good, besides Mayweather, Pacman, Mosley and Berto, what else does that division have, please list some 147 guys he should fight, nobody wants to see the Selcuk Aydin fight because I guess people don't know Aydin well enough, nobody wants to see him unify with Jan Zaveck or Vyacheslav Senchenko I guess, Clottey is a true Welterweight and is available but I haven't heard ANYTHING from Clottey and after his last performance I don't even think HBO is interested in Clottey right now

then many of you are full of ****, some say fight people in his division then some say go up to 154 and fight Angulo...WTF which one is it exactly and who's to say he is comfortable at 154 now

going down to 140 might be the smarter move, I wouldn't mind seeing Berto fight the Winner of Alexander vs Bradley, and how in the **** is that picking on smaller guys when you are the one that is actually going down in weight?

also Berto vs Maidana at 140 WTF is wrong with that? I think that is a good match up

Its not fear per se,its about maximizing your earning mainly.Berto don`t want to fight a high risk low reward opponent.

Berto-Clottey seems logical to me, but i'm guessing Berto wouldn't dare step into the ring with a real Welterweight.
