If he can't be bothered to answer in English then he doesn't care enough to get his license abck imo.

I may be wrong but this guy, going by his reactions, understands English perfectly well and is pulling and 'Anderson Silva'.

I think it's in his best interest to speak clearly in spanish to someone who can translate clearly in english, so he doesn't use the wrong words or say something incorrectly because he isn't fluent in the language.

Using the translator is the best thing for him.

That's fair enough. I just seemed to me like he was being ignorant. If he genuinely needs the translator i'm all for it.
