Yes he will be world champion. The opinions on boxingscene are usually crap and full of american kids with massive bias.
Andy lee will headline a ESPN televised card in chicago 17th september against TBA opponent........

Against another garbage-man, because he definitely doesn't want to risk fighting another boxer from the show contender or a rising prospect.

Andy Lee has plenty of American Fans.

But if you want to believe people are critical of him because of "bias" and not because of his disappointing performances then go ahead.

And to answer the question at hand.

Sure Lee will win a World Title at some point. I reckon he could beat Sebastian Sylvester right now if he could get the shot.

I'd also give him a decent chance at the winner of Sturm-Lorenzo.

He definitely has the talent and the trainer to make a dent. Just needs to learn to pace himself against those guys that he can't get out of there.

A couple of years ago I thought he would, now, no. And we can all look at his resume and progression to see nothing has improved.

I hate when posters talk about Andy Lee, Brian Vera's name invariably comes up. So what? He lost one fight. So did Wladimir Klitschko, against Ross Purritty....

Since the loss, Lee's been traveling a long road to get back to where he once was and now, hopefully with another FNF headline, he can do that. And if he's headlining FNFs chances are, that the matchmakers will put him against a decent opponent...
