    Braithwaite - the answer?

Is it possible that Wayne Braithwaite could be the answer to the current crop of heaveyweight nobodies? I know that it would be a huge step up and it would require some serious bulking up, but he is tall and has a frame that could probably take the weight. I have seen him box on a number of occasions now and IMO he has real boxing ability, his record suggests that he has the power at cruiserweight with 15 or 16 KO out of 19-20 fights. Or would he just be to small to cut it at Heavey?

Braithwaite is motivated by the same thing that motivates all the other cruiserweights who move up: Money. There really is no big money to be made at cruiserweight. Braithwaite has alot of the tools and power to compete at heavyweight. If he comes in at around 205, he can be a threat. I've seen him train at Gleason's Gym, the man is fast! He can be a serious threat at heavyweight, particularly against Chris Byrd. I see Klitschko and Ruiz manhandle him.

Big Truck is my favorite fighter! I can see him nabbbin Byrds belt but not Ruiz or Klitschko. But I hope he does move up cause he deserves the money. He will definetly be the next WBA/WBC cruiser champ come Jan

I´m not sure if Braithwaite can deal with really big guys. Hide, Cole, Gomez have all been great champs at Cruiserweight, but they all failed at heavyweight. Braithwaite still has a lot to proof at cruiserweight. He should wait and see if he can beat Mormeck (that guy is veerryyy strong!), and I can also see Nelson and Bell giving him problems.

I think Truck does indeed have the power, speed and body frame to do some things at heavy. But we have never really seem him tested. Can he take a really good punch and how does he respond to adversity. I think I need to have these things answered it can really be said if he can impact the heavy division

                Braithwaite - the answer?

I like Braithewaite, he has decent skills a big punch and he is a switch hitter. If he can move up in weight and keep his power or even increase it, I think he will be some terrible to deal with in the Heavy Weight Division...
