nope he didnt implied that the fight would be fixed, he more of implied floyd will never fight pacquiao, see he said pbf is the best he had ever seen in his life so what gives its not the x's its not the O's so its definitely the "H" the heart of floyd which fears pacquiao.

besides if you will go literally how a pot shotter can beat a slugger? if by any chance the fight will go on, floyd may win but only on decision/points but never give a beating to pacquiao. now that will make *****s happy.
