But Pac is not the best fighter he's ever seen Mayweather is, that's a bigger compliment than Pac beating Mayweather because something else is going on.

What???..Get over it, he said pac beats Floyd. Everyone knows Floyd is more skilled than Pac, mr. obvious. I will admit Floyd is more skilled than Pac. I think even Cotto had more skills than Pac. Pac beat a lot of fighters that were more skilled than he.
