A prime R. Marquez would easily accomplish that, but this is a stepping stone fight to pad Juanmas already heavily padded record.

could be an upset.lopez leaves himself open all the time like in the concepcion fight.has not been the same since he was battered by that african.this is why arum won't allow gamboa near him because yuri will mop the floor with lopez.

marquez i don't think has the power at 126,we havent really seen him here to decide that, vazquez got cut and he didn't look good a fight before vazquez, most of his ko's came at bantam,,,,,but then again lopez has been wobbled and dropped, and not because he's careless, against matagwa he got caught good...but i agree, marquez is at the end of his career, big advantage for juanma

Rafa although very good technically, his defense is as good as Juanma or worst and likes to exchange to prove he is macho. That with the fact that he is somewhat chiny and juanma been faster and a huge puncher = Rafael Marquez getting ktfo.

              juanma KO5
It does matter how much better technically he is, because Marquez will be the most skilled fighter Lopez has fought, the possibility Lopez will be outboxed in some rounds is there. Lopez doesnt exactly have a granite chin either. Weve seen him go life and death with a journeyman. Marquez is a huge puncher as well, dont forget that, and hes a better finisher than Lopez

Not sure about easily. But a prime Lopez wouldve probably rocked Juanmas world. I like Juanma too, iv seen him fight live and everything, im a fan. I believe Juanma should, and will win this fight coming up.

agree when Juanma enters his prime, he will be so good that he will hurt himself

                      I dont agree. I think its a 50/50 fight.
If anything maybe 51/49 in Juan's favor but its even.
I dont understand why people are counting out such a great fighter.
Because of wars? His brother JMM has been in many wars and is fine. Raf is cut from the same cloth and I haven't seen any slowing down in him.
How someone can make a judgment based on Izzy is crazy! Izzy is great too.
