He also showed no speed and no counter punching ability.
So I guess the check hooks, and the counter uppercut that stunned Pascal isn't counter punching ability huh?

Oh c'mon. Pascal wasn't even that impressive. He deserved the win, but Dawson lost the fight more than Pascal won it.

Dawson just ****** ass and gave the fight away.

He landed those like 3 times in the entire fight. I think everyone would agree that if he fought like he did near the end (when he landed those punches) - from the beginning...he probably would have won.

In a way, I agree. I don't want to take anything away from Pascal because he fought a good fight and he stuck to his plan but I wanted to slap Dawson and I'm not even a fan of his. It's like look man. You are in this guy's backyard, you're behind on the cards yet you still are only concerned about defense. That was frustrating. Then when he finally started doing something, the fight had to be stopped because of the accidental headbutt. Dawson has nobody to blame but himself.

          Yeah I agree.

Dawson lost the fight more than Pascal won it..

Dawson fought like a little *****.

But in the rematch he's gonna come back faster, better and stronger than ever before.

And I don't know what fight Burner was watching, but I don't get how he saw NO counter punching ability at all...

He tried mounting an offense in the 8th round and almost got deposited on his ass for the effort. There was a reason he was hesitant about mounting a big offense.

He just had an off night and will dominate Pascal in a rematch because that is the best Pascal can do.

Pascal stuck with what was working aided by Dawson not fighting with any fire until the end, but Pascal is a B level fighter.

                B- at best.

That's why I was so upset with Dawson losing cause I know Dawson could have kicked his ass if he didn't fight like he was back home...

Something was off with Dawson his speed and footwork were not on display...we all saw it, the commentators saw it. Steward was dumbfounded and repeatedly discussed how Dawson could take control at any time....where was the jab and combinations? Odd..

Shoulder injury? He didnt admit it since he didnt want to make excuses..we will see which Dawson shows up in the rematch..

I honestly think Dawson should go back with Floyd Mayweather Sr. or Emmanuel Steward.

I think they can really utilize Dawson's full potential.

Dawson would beat Pascal in a rematch, thats why there won't be an immediate rematch. Pascal would rather lose to someone else then for people to realize that Dawson was about to KTFO of him in the 11th round. Oh, and you don't have to be the best finisher if your opponent is gassing out the entire fight because he was running like a chicken and throwing flurries. Pascal sign would never be a Leo, because Leo's don't fight like vaginas. Chris Eubank is a Leo, because he is a warrior.
