But seriously the YOYO diet, according to some nutritionists friends of mine, has some ill effects to the body when it ages.

But it depends prolly with race, caucasians may have no problem with it, as what Ricky's testament.

Hatton eats really well when hes training for a fight, just REALLY bad when he isn't.
