IBF light heavyweight champion Tavoris Cloud (21-0, 18KOs) was not surprised when Jean Pascal retained his WBC title with an upset win over Chad Dawson last Saturday at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada. Last year Cloud was in line for a mandatory shot at Dawson. The fight never took place after Dawson vacated the IBF title to take a rematch with Glen Johnson. They are similar in height and as well as in reach from what I understand.
They both like inside fighting

Cloud did nothing in a few of those rounds. He was not trying to knock Johnsons head off the whole fight he rested several rounds. They talk like he's a 12 round machine which is not the case at all. He looked like Dawson in alot of those rounds cuz he wasn't busy enough. I thought it could have been a draw but since Cloud is the undefeated young fighter I knew he would get the nod.
