i never said anything about pacquiao drawing blood makes him weak. For the record i think pacquiao should take the ****** tests. But you've got to be 1 dumb mothereffer to believe floyd is actually on a crusade to save boxing. His testing requests are a slap in the face to those that are actually doing it properly.
