Are u sure that the test floyd wanted was already been implemented by the WADA in boxing before and they do the random test for 2 months only?

In mediation, and I'm sure following Pacquiao's refusal to fight even after that concession, that WADA or USADA representatives educated him fully on the purpose of random testing.

There was no agreed blackout date in the Mosley fight, it's was random testing at the full discretion of USADA and WADA procedures.

OST is a term used loosely a lot on this site as a reference, but actually its procedure and codes are designed by the World Anti Doping Agency. It's not a test used for the Olympic games solely.

I just don't have a time to look for that article because of my very slow internet connection, i think u already read those articles from conte and the doctors from nsac about the risk of getting injured and the use of steroids/peds in those time frame will not give the boxer an advantage at fight night that's why conte said that floyd should accept the 14 days cut off because it was a fair deal.

i think conte has also an interview sayin that 14 days is silly because knowing the cut-off is defeats the purpose of random testing.

but if we will rely on conte's interview, he also said that ost is 24/7 in 365 days.

let us say, ost will cover 2 months of training. any fighter could have already benefitted from peds prior to this coverage of the test.
