usada has a protocol for athletes to be tested when they are out of competition.

that is when using ped's is more beneficial. not mere days before they actually compete.

But fighters are not training until camp so they likely are not using. Either way if you want it year round I'm good.

nsac reviewed their testing and determined blood testing near the fight presents new risks. hence, them not approving it.

there you go, an actual governing body for professional sports, determined reasons why blood test should not be implemented.
