James Toney Given The Green Light

Steve Springer of the LA Times reports that based on the results of the latest urinalysis test of James Toney, the New York State Athletic Commission has declared him drug free and plan to lift his suspension on July 30. [details]

So he was given basically a mere 3 month suspension?? that seems a little light, especially considering many fighters go much longer than that in between fights. Other than having to give the title back (which would have happened regardless) I dont see how that teaches anyone a lesson against steroid use.
