So essentially Pacquiao didn't agree to Mayweather demands. Before the Mosley fight occurred Mayweather made it clear that it was random testing up till the fight.

People are acting as though Pacquiao agreed to everything Mayweather proposed when in actuality he agreed to terms he knew would get shot down. If he's clean he shouldn't have problems taking blood test all the way through, scared of blood tests? Man up or back down.

RJJ vs BHOP was random tested by USADA since the contract was sign till the day of the fight and its not just because RJJ was once tested positive before or because BHOP is 45 and still looking and fighting great, NO they did the OST because they want to clean the sport.
