    He isn't. Now what?

Larry: And if Manny won't take the full tests? Floyd: Then we don't got no fight.
you just said to someone in here that Floyd didnt ask for full testing.

The "full" tests are in regards to his initial offer of 14 days..

Im asking you "HOW DO YOU KNOW SHANE AND FLOYD DIDNT HAVE A CUT OFF DATE SINCE THE LAST TEST WAS 18 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT".

how do YOU know this. Did you read the contractual agreement? they were both being promoted by GBP for this fight....please show me some documentation that they didnt agree to an 18 days cut off.

then tell me the relevance to all of this other than ' Floyd changed his mind'

Just because of majority decision, does not make a fact until all points / evidence are gathered.

      Look up the definition.

Who cares man. You me and most of the people aware of this situation are fine with what Manny is willing to do to get this fight done. Floyd has to deal with what the fans are willing to put up with. There is no longer anything to defend on Manny's part. The rest of the world is just waiting on Floyd.

          I'm with Hop....

as I'm sure that he'll take OST for every one of his upcoming fights. I agree in full...especially since every single fighter on GBP's roster will be taking OST for the rest of the remaining fights of their respective careers. And OST as in year-round testing, not just the weeks before the fight. the REAL DEAL OST. am I right?

Then yea. I'm in full agreement....:wank:

That's just like saying Pacquaio vs Clottey was fixed.

                    Thank you.

Floyd doesnt really want OST, he just wanted to stick a needle in Manny the weeks before and leading up to the fight.

The funny thing is, Manny agreed and is calling Floyds bluff and now Floyd is on vacation .

                      Sure: http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&o...table&id=28418

"The key with Mayweather and Mosley, as far as those fighters were concerned, was that the deterrent was that we could have showed up to collect urine and they had no idea the day that we were going to come or when we were going to show up. They didn't know if or when we were going to collect blood as well, because we had the right to do it if we chose to," said Tygart.

On the other hand, Tygart said that Pacquiao's request for a 14-day window "Misses the point," this, after a proposed, March 13 bout between Mayweather and Pacquiao reached a negotations impasse over the issue of random drug testing.

"You can't have a blackout period," said Tygart. "You simply can't draw circles around certain times where you're not going to be tested."

Given an opporunity, Tygart would try to reason with Pacquiao.

"Part of the education would be to sit down with whatever fighter -- whether it be Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather or whomever it might be -- and say, 'Look, here's the reality of the program, and here's a typical program.' And you could look at Mayweather-Mosley as typical," said Tygart.
