        Outside of the HW division Ike Quartey had the greatest jab imo,his technique was impeccable

          Winky, his jab was just dominate. Considering he wasn't a power puncher he used that jab to perfection against Tito.

                  lol what about Whitaker and Hearns? Im surprised they havent been mentioned yet. Whitaker might have had the best southpaw jab of all time, and Hearns was nearly impossible to outjab, even at LHW.
