The corner wasn't doing much to help the situation in all honesty. That being said Dawson wasn't fighting well. Pascal won. Keep it moving.

Some of the posts in here are kinda funny. Many of you cannot seem to fathom that Pascal is becoming a very good fighter and Dawson's poor performance could be because of him.

He beat a world class Lt. Heavyweight in Dianconu with one arm. It shows he can get it done. Is Dawson more talented? I would say yes without hesitation. The more talented fighter does not always win though. Some out there will just have your number. The more talented fighter is not always the better fighter.

Yeah but Taylor also had Froch feeling his power. He made Froch hesitate. I would not want to run into Taylors looping right hand. That right hand almost took out Froch and Pavlik, two guys with not just good chins, but exceptional chins.

i don't think so. froch was landing on taylor, look at the vid. it proves my point. taylor was pumping his jab and thats pretty much it. they both commonly got in wild exchanges.

i don't think it's that. the reason people aren't really rating pascal as this brilliant fighter (who's now the number 1 light heavyweight) is because of how the fight ended. pascal looked vulnerable and it ended on a cut. most people are saying there needs to be a immediate rematch to end all of the controversy (me personally) i don't think pascal is the number one fighter in the light heavyweight division (i even have chad winning a rematch against him) but if pascal can win a rematch he proves himself as the real deal & the real light heavyweight king. no ifs ands or buts about it.

Maybe he did run like a chicken but its up to an elite fighter to make the adjustments and still win the fight. Maybe Dawson isn't the elite fighter everyone thought he was.
