        Why is Ortiz so low? His loss to your #5, Maidana, was very competitive, and he easily dominated Campbell, who was still considered a livewire coming into that fight. Rating him lower than Malignaggi, who lost almost every round against Khan, makes no sense to me.

          It should be a P4P top 10 fighter, IMO. Pascal isn't there yet.
