You know ever since if will be Dawson walking to the ring first for Clouds title. Anyone think Cloud deserves to fight Dawsoon now, or does Dawson still have the right to chase money.

he needs to fight cloud now, dawson is in damage control, besides, clouds style favors dawson's style more than pascal.
we all saw what happens between their style when one is properly prepared and the other isnt.
the cloud fight also give dawson a chance at being exciting to the fans beyond being a technician in the ring. cloud will force dawson to mix it up and will be in front of him all night long.
if dawson wants a fast track to resurrecting his slip and fall in his career, a spectacular win over cloud would do it.
now, if cloud is smart, he'll avoid dawson, make him squirm by fighting someone else, putting dawson on ice for an extra few months, and then fight him after he gets his confidence back from fighting johnson, because we all know cloud has doubts floating about in the back of his head having almost lost to a 40+ year old man who came in weight drained after making weight, and gave him all he could handle. i too had johnson winning against cloud, i thought he sewed up the early rounds and won at the very least 7 rounds.
anyway, dawson vs cloud is a gooden and would help dawson get back on top if he were to win, which i think he can............ either way it would be a good match up.Comment

HBO is probably gonna leave Cloud on their air. Dawson on the other hand could get the boot from HBO like a thread was brought up earlier. Dawson probably needs Cloud more than Cloud needs him. And even if Cloud gives him a shot it's not like it's a big money fight for Cloud anyway. The fight has lost it's luster due to both fighters in a way.Comment
