Prime Trinidad vs Prime Mosley

Spot on. In his past 5/6 fights he's becomes loose with wild, wide almost sloppy punches. Still fast, but not crisp like he used to be. Just look at the mayorga/cotto/mayweather fights (and even the margarito fight to an extent, but it wasnt as obvious because marg is sooo slow)Comment

Assuming no illegal wraps , Mosley wins .
Just like Trinidad was exposed as a mere cheater after the Hopkins pre fight scandal by Hopkins and Wright , Mosley could have done about as good , while he is smaller than Wright and Hopkins , he is faster than both and has better power than Wright and at least as good chin .Comment

Besides Mosley getting dropped against Forrest. He has never been hurt in his career. His chin is legit. If he trades with Tito. Which I don't think he would. He would probably win those exchanges because of his speed.
I don't see Tito knocking out or beating Shane. Just don't
To bad the fight didn't happenComment

Shane ko's Tito easy! To much speed, to many tricks for Tito. Mosley by Ko round 8!

Mosley had better speed, footwork, and a chin that can take a shot. Tito has been dropped numerous times in his career by weaker punchers.
Mosley can move and take Tito's shots. Won't be easy, but I say Mosley wins by KO in 10.
Mosley is quicker, tougher, and more durable. Mosley was too dynamic in his peak. He could box, but he loved to brawl and take a shot to give a shot.
Tito had to be in control to be successful, while Mosley fought his way to victories against De la Hoya, Rivera, and even Mayorga. Mosley's biggest weakness was also Trinidad's weakness which were guys who can box and move real well. The difference is Mosley can move, while Tito was very robotic.Comment

I got Tito in this one.
If there was any way to beat Trinidad it was by using a pure boxer style which included great footwork, lateral movement and a consistent jab. Mosley was never considered such a fighter.
Another thing I notice is that many posters are stating what Mosley did way back in his heyday but yet completely forget that that was before he entered the welterweight division.
Mosley abandoned much of his fundamentals when he moved to welter. (i.e. he didn't go to the body as much he wasn't as fast with his combinations and he opted to trade more with his opponents, we all know that's a big "not to do" with Tito.
I see Tito picking his shots and teeing off with his lefthook.
Tito by late stoppage.Comment
