Whats with the Roy Jones and Pascal comparisons?

Pascal is a nice guy, great fighter, very athletic and the lineal champ in his weight class. All the credit in the world to him, he deserves it but what is up with everyone including Manny Steward comparing him to Roy Jones? There is nothing Roy Jones about him. The only similarity I can think off is that they're both black but other then that thats it.

Those quick flurry combos to the body had Roy Jones written all over them. If I can remember correctly, Pascal started boxing because of Roy Jones, and he tried to base his style around him, but nobody can fully adopt his style its just too unique.

Pascal did try make his style like Jones' earlier in his career but if the HBO guys actually watched his recent fights, they would realize that Pascal has really developed his own style now, he's stopped trying to be Roy Jones lite.
