But you know what Kev thats his fault. I been saying he shouldve took a tune up. I dont know why he kept rescheduling while Pascal was healing from a shoulder injury he couldve took on another fighter in that time frame and then fought Pascal.

He looked slow to me night. He didnt look like an elite level fighter. I like Chad but he didnt show me any type of heart or fire. He would let up on Pascal and stare at him then at times he would get blasted by Pascal and instead of hitting him back he would posture and act like the punch was nothing.

I mean you're in Canada and you fight like you're up every round? He cant fight like that and be called an elite fighter. Freakin Jean Pascal? Im sorry Pascals a scrub. I dont think Pascal is good at all. Which makes this loss even more puzzling from Chad.

I'm a big Dawson fan, but I put money on Pascal for this fight. In some boxing circles the rumors have been going around that Dawson knocked some random chick up. Has had some issues with his manager and Eddie sent home some sparring partners and Dawson was understandably not focused in camp. Hopefully he puts this behind him and comes back strong. We'll at least know that as the Light Heavyweight Champion, Pascal will make for some good fights and not run from any challenges just like Dawson wouldn't have.

So coming out in the 11th round trying to knock the dude out isn't heart and fire?

Wanting to continue fighting after receiving a HUGE gash near his eye shows no heart?

        Wow...

That is the thing. Pascal usually has pretty good stamina. Neither one of them were in top form tonight

That's a good point. Pascal comes to fight and he doesn't duck anyone. I think it was great he mentioned Calzaghe in the post fight interview. I think it shows he is the type of guy who wants to avenge any loss. He wants to prove he is the best (although he is obv not lol).

              Nope.

He started his 11th round flurry. Then just stopped. For no reason.

              Thats not fire.

He shouldve came out like that in Round 5.

I expect every fighter to want to continue with a cut like that especially with the Ring title on the line.

I still support him but tonight's loss was disheartening especially cuz he could have done more...

Not like my man Danny Jacobs who was in over his head...

I hope Chad lets his hands go more in a rematch but it still won't be easy...Pascal has heart and won't go away easily...

He was going to knock Pascal out in the 12th if not the 11th...

And the last response is just laughable man.

Ok so you expect every fighter to want to continue with that cut, but what if a fighter doesn't? That means he has no heart right?

So what does that make the person that DOES continue.

i don't like dawsons style much and i never thought he deserved to be in p4p top 10. klitschko bros deserve to be there before dawson does IMO.

I can't wait for him to come back and beat Pascal in the rematch. I know he's gonna let his go in the rematch.
Dude...you were the guy that gave me **** for me saying I did not want to see him fighting these older guys anymore...this is what I meant by that. Either he has been used tofighting older, slower fighters or the "other" reasons. Either he was paid off or drugged up....not even exaggerating this. I have never seen Chad this slow.......ever. He looked timid at first, then just unwilling to exchange at all. He opened u and hurt Pascal when he CHOSE TO, yet did nothing with the opportunity that was in front of him.

Chad was not the same Chad tonight..we can run with the conspiracy stuff or go with the he was used to fighting old timers thing....which ever is best but something was WAY, WAY off tonight.
