pascal fought a great fight and is one of the best fighters in he world. that said, i feel he was one his was to being stopped until the headbutt and im just glad theirs a rematch clause, so before we jump to conclusions and call Dawson over hyped, just know that he was actual pressing the champion and was making a comeback.

Yer Pascal was in trouble in round 11 but he´s got a good chin and was keeping his hands up when Dawson was throwing shots so I doubt he would have KOed him.

Likelyhood is that Dawson takes the 11th and 12th and still looses a decision. Also, Dawson was the one that pretty much caused the headbutt - he just dived right in there.

Dawson has excellent boxing skills, he just needs more aggression and killer instinct.

Maybe he became complacent, and will do better next time.

Dawson was hurt multiple times and was able to weather the storm as did Pascal in the 11th so hard to say he would have certainly won by KO. Dawson had 11 rounds to work which he really had no answer to Pascals speed and tactics. Hell be back of course probably take a tuneup vs a low level non puncher.

Hopefully, he learn's from this, and comes back as a more complete fighter. Frustrating as hell, watching Dawson tonight.
