I cant stand when Larry goes on his senile rants but his post fight interviews almost always make up for them. Max would have been crying to Jim to get him out of there as soon as Chad took an aggressive tone. Kellerman should call the fights and Merchant should do the interviews.

This guy makes boxing look bad. "The real fight was last week"? Every fight is real and this fight was very entertaining. Maybe Merchant should stay awake during fights or shut his mouth.

And "the big favorite," Dawson lost me 24.5 million tonight.

Merchant is a beast..come on. He was referring to the fact that the Cloud/Johnson fight was a toe to toe match...tonight had dawson standing there doing nothing for 90% of the fight. Which fight did you enjoy watching more?

Has to be said, I groaned despondently when he started going off on his "I have a dream" tirade before the fight. :eyeroll: Can one say D-I-N-O-S-A-U-R?

However, I will give props for the post-fight interviews. He did it well and didn't ease up like Kellerman always does - he asked the questions we wanted to hear. Kellerman shies away from doing that.

He gets into the heads of the boxers and tries to find out what the public wants to know...not kiss their arse because they are the show....that game is lame
