    Edwin Valero is back! (sorta)

Not sure if anyone knew but one of the best prospects of all-time has returned to the ring on July 1st of this year. He has a medical ban preventing him from continuing his career within the USA once they found out of a former motorcycle accident he had several years ago that caused a head injury. He has been medically cleared in Venezuela to fight and on July 1st he continued his superhuman streak of 14 straight 1st round knock outs! HE IS A LIGHTWEIGHT! Check it out...

Dougie from maxboxing is in love with this kid and is about as big a Valero supporter as there is says that he will most likely never fight in the states.

Either the WBA or WBC is located in Venezuela which is where Valero is from, he will most likely get a title shot soon from that sanctioning body, or at leat that is what Dougie says.

Not Erik Morales if that's what you're thinking, look at my boxrec link, his fight on July 1st was against a different Morales, and although his record was was a winning one... he got pounded in the first like all the rest.

Valero has fought in the states already but has had his license revoked since... shame if he never fights there again. Let's hope he keeps turning heads and the sanctioning bodies start feeling the pressure to let this kid fight. This assuming that he truly is medically fit to fight, risking his health is not worth it.

From what I've heard his style is not that of a brawler, he's a very technical boxer with the killer instinct when he sees an opening... could be unstoppable if he has stamina and a chin.
