Since then obviously in the 2 Diaconu fights,the Nieves fight was a tune up so it can't count.

He's shown a improved stamina,a gameplan and ability to follow it,plenty og heart fighting with a dislocated shoulder in the rematch,etc.

With Froch he had a bad training camp,he was winded by the 6th and didn't seem to have a plan,he just bbrawled with him.Whenevr Froch started using his jab he would control the pace of the fight.
But he still made plenty of mistakes,going straight backwards with his hands down,even still fighting too much instead of boxing in the first fight,etc.

But he's defeinetely improved since the Froch fight.

I disagree,I think he has improved.I'd pick Pascal t obeat Froch if they would fight today.

You know what I took away from that fight?

Froch might not be the slickest, or most athletic guy around, but he has very underrated boxing skills.

Too many people are enamored with a guys physical abilities around here, rather than paying more attention to there actual boxing skills.

agreed. people that are classified as 'brawlers' a lot of the time are actually quite crafty and skilled, and are forced to fight that way because they dont have the natural speed advantage that other guys do.
its unfair that 'fast' guys automatically get labeled more skilled, when in reality theyre just doing basic stuff a lot of the time, and get away with it because of their physical attributes.

I'm not sure was he? I was really asking more than asserting that I knew the facts, I read somewhere that people said he was weight drained, maybe he wasn't. I have only seen streams of him fight and tonight will be the first time seeing him live.

He fought his next fight at the same weight and performed much better. I think him looking bad and amateurish had more to do with the Cobra Jab than with weight issues.

But I couldn't say for sure

He's alot better now. It seemed like his legs were gone late in the fight. At 175 pascal would be alot better vs froch. Wouldn't mind a rematch later on when froch is at 175
