I love reading about/watching boxers training workouts. Something like roadwork at 5am in the morning in freezing conditions, just has that grittiness, a certain rawness to it, which sort of encapsulates the work ethic these guys have to have; having to train on technique and tactics, endurance and conditioning, as well as having to lose weight too, all in one short camp to prepare them for the moment of truth.
